Faculty and Staff offices that need WIFI credentials for guests should contact IT Support Services via the helpdesk.

If your office regularly creates credentials for guests, please contact IT Support Services and we can assist you with this new process.

Instructions for Guests

Campus Guests needing WIFI access should contact the office sponsoring their visit first, but may also reach out directly to IT Support Services.

Campus Guests should use the NORTHPARK-PSK WIFI network

Welcome to North Park University!

• Connect to the NORTHPARK-PSK wireless network.

• You will be prompted to enter a password.

• You are now connected to the network.  

All network usage is subject to the North Park Acceptable Use Policy

Connecting Windows laptops to the NORTHPARK-PSK WIFI:

Click on the start menu and select settings

In settings select Network & Internet

• Click on Wi-Fi

• Click on Manage known networks

• Click on Add network

  • Network Name: NORTHPARK-PSK

  • Security Type: WPA2-Personal AES

  • Security Key: Input the Wi-Fi password.

  • Check the box for Connect automatically

  • Click on Save

You should now be connected to the network
