Print Managers
North Park University maintains a fleet of copiers and printers for use by Faculty, Staff, and Students.
The University partners with a managed print services provider, Regal Business Machines, for supplies and support.
Individual departments around campus help ensure that paper trays are filled, toner is installed, and that IT Support Services and Regal are contacted for escalating support needs.
Print managers for each department help coordinate with IT concerning issues and questions.
Ordering Supplies
Toner
All University printers and copiers should be using automatic toner replenishment.
When a device reaches a certain threshold of toner remaining, the managed print supplier automatically ships a new toner.
Having an extra toner on hand is a good idea. Contact IT Support Services for information.
Staples
Please contact IT Support Services about ordering staples for copiers. The Business Office is currently absorbing the cost of staples.
Paper
Paper is ordered through Physical Plant.

Toner Recycle
Spent toner cartridges and other supplies can be sent back to IT Support Services via campus mail at Box 31.

Do not recycle or send back the spent Kyocera toner since that will be used as the new waste toner cartridge!
Student Worker Printing Access
Departments who have student workers should contact IT Support Services or the Business Office to enable them to print for their departments.
Departments should receive reports on their printer usage. After a student worker concludes work for a department, please contact IT Support Service again about disabling this access.
