Client services is located in the basement of Caroline Hall (B3) and handles all non-event requests regarding IT and Media equipment. 

We currently provide support for all NPU owned:

  • Computers

  • Printers

  • Phones

  • Video conferencing

  • Audio Visual equipped classrooms.

We have the following devices available to be requested for temporary use:

  • Portable projectors (only on-campus spaces w/out equipment installed)

  • Laptops

  • Screens 

  • Fender amplification systems

  • Microphones

  • Slide Advancer

  • Mini Display port to HDMI

  • Mini Display port to VGA

  • m-30pin to f-VGA

  • m-30pin to f-HDMI

  • m-30pin to m-HDMI

  • m-HDMI to f-VGA

  • m-lightning to f-HDMI

  • m-thunderbolt to f-Ethernet

  • mini-HDMI to HDMI

 

Here are some once popular services we no longer provide.
Media Transfers. No VHS to DVD, or cassette to CD. Contact the Library for assistance in determining how to replace the obsolete media.
VHS players are no longer provided or supported (as rooms are upgraded they will not have VHS players),
Overhead Projector support (we have document cameras available in AV Rooms).
