Adapter Loan Policy

All loaner items are subject to availability and approval.

Who can check out:

Acceptable Use

FT Faculty & Staff are issued one (1) display adapter as needed for their University computer.
PT Faculty & Staff and Students are encouraged to purchase the adapter for their personal computer.
PT Faculty & Staff may request one (1) adapter for a semester-long loan period.
All other adapter loans are for a 48-hour period (Students, FT/PT Faculty & Staff).
The person checking out the equipment is responsible for it.
A Jira helpdesk ticket will be created on each occasion an item is loaned.

- IT is servicing your University issued device (loan for duration of service).
- You forgot your device (48-hour loan).
- On-campus University Event with approval (loaned for the duration of the event).
The person checking out the equipment is responsible for it.

Employees must complete a form each time loaner equipment is checked out
