How do I search for an event/location/resource in 25live?

In 25live, you can search for specific events, locations, and resources either using the pre-defined searches that have already been created or by creating a new search using keywords and select criteria.

To use a pre-defined search:

1. Click on the tab that corresponds to the area you would like to search (Events, Locations, Resources).

2. Click on the sub-tab that reads "Pre-Defined ... Searches."

3. Choose one of the Groupings.

4. Choose one of the searches in the Grouping and then click Run.

5. The events that match the chosen search will appear below.

To create a new search:

1.  Click on the tab that corresponds to the area you would like to search (Events, Locations, Resources).

2. Click on the sub-tab that reads "Search for Events."

3. If you know the full or partial name of the events/locations/resources that you wish to find, enter the full or partial name in the Keyword search and press Go.

4. If you would like to further refine your search, click on the "More Search Options" link.  You should now see several new options appear similar to the picture below.

5. You may choose one or more options from each of the options listed as criteria.  The events that will be shown when you click "Go" will be those that pass ALL of your criteria.

To save your search:

Once you have created a new search, you may choose to save this search so that it will be available to you on the 25live Home Page and you will not need to re-create it.

This can be done by clicking on the SAVE button that appears at the top of the search results.

PLEASE NOTE: Please choose the "Search Criteria" Save option and then type in a Search Name and click "Save Search."

The event search will now be available on the Home Page under "Your Starred ... Searches."
