Microsoft Authenticator App Setup

The following are instructions to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app by only using a mobile device (phone or tablet).

1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app to your mobile device.

2. When you attempt to log in to your northpark.edu account using your email address and password, you will see this screen. Press the “Next” button.

3. Since you have already downloaded the app, press “Next”.

4. Click the link to “Pair your account to the app by clicking this link”

5. Click “Open”.

6. Unlock your Authenticator app using Face ID, Touch ID, or a password.

7. Go back to your browser. You will receive a 2-digit code.

8. Enter that two-digit code in your Authenticator app.

9. You will get a screen to showing you successfully approved the synchronization notification. Click “Next”

10. You will finally get a screen confirming you successfully completed the Authenticator setup.
