Enterprise Software Acquisition Policy

Enterprise software includes products, applications, or systems that are provided or supported for shared use, as defined in section four below. This policy outlines the requirements for enterprise software acquisition by members of the campus community, and it is intended to act as a guide to departments that are considering enterprise software.

Involving IT early and often - from initial consideration through to evaluation and selection - is the best strategy to ensure that software projects and implementations are successful.
