Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble connecting to the NORTHPARK network, please try to remove and re-add the network. If you have an expired password (changed over a year ago) you should change that first.
If you’re still having trouble, please contact IT Support Services or stop by Caroline Hall for assistance.
Remove and Re-Add
Windows 10
Select the Network icon in the lower-right corner of your screen
Select Network settings
Select Manage Wi-Fi settings
Select the network you want to forget from the list under “Manage known networks”
Select Forget.
macOS
iOS
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi
Select the network you wish to forget by tapping the icon of the “i” within the circle
Select Forget This Network.
Android
To delete a saved Wifi network from your phone or tablet, all you need to do is go to the Wifi section of your settings menu. Find the network you want to get rid of. Long press it, then chose "Forget."
Chromebook
Sign in to your Chromebook.
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Settings .
In the "Network" section, select Wi-Fi.
Select Known networks.
Find the network you want to forget, then select More and then Forget.
Expired Password
Your North Park password must meet the following requirements.
Minimum 14 characters
Use 3 or 4 of the following:
Uppercase letter
Lowercase letter
Number
Special character
If you know your password but want to change it, log into the My Profile page and choose Change Password:

If you do not know your password, or are setting up your account for the first time, use Microsoft’s Self-Service Password Reset.
You will need to have access to your secondary authentication factors.
