Information Technology Support Services is dedicated to assisting Faculty, Staff, and Students.
Remote Support is provided via the Teams application whenever possible. Please see this link for information on Teams:
The best way to start getting support is to open a Help Desk ticket.
IT will assign your ticket to the proper group and help you schedule a support session. You can also call or email the IT Office.
If you already have a ticket, or want to schedule a quick consultation, you can use the Bookings page to schedule a meeting.

Working Remotely
Most North Park Employees are working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. IT Staff are available via the contact methods above, by direct appointment, and using the other Remote Work tools used by campus.
