Help and Communication

Need a page deleted? Have a question? Need some help? Nearly all web requests should be filtered through JIRA. This allows the UMC staff to most efficiently assign issues and resolve contributor's needs. 

Contributor Group Email

Staff who are trained in WordPress will be added to contributors@northpark.edu. The web team will distribute pertinent information, updates, and training through this mailing list.

Template Limitations

Due to current technical limitations, contributors are asked not to edit or clone pages in these templates for the time being.

  • Pages with complex tables (example)

Cloning these pages causes all fields besides the main body field to disappear. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as we can, and we will keep you posted.
