With many of our students, faculty, and staff working from off campus the Bomgar support tools help us connect to you remotely. While North Park IT can't always service or fix your personal machine, we'd like to help. Utilizing the Remote Support tools from Bomgar, North Park IT can establish a connection to your personal computer. Please open a Help Desk ticket with IT and/or call the office at (773)244-5540 to request a session. Contact COE for Canvas support or Admissions or support on your application. Visit the remotesupport.northpark.edu site to initiate a session with one of our Information Technology specialists. |
