Employee Windows Computers
University Windows computers are now managed by MEM (Microsoft Intune). This allows the University to better equip and secure the tools we use everyday.
Here are instructions and information about this method.
Setup
The initial setup for your campus MEM computer should be simple. Sign in with your University email and password and follow the prompts for setup.
The computer should come loaded with many of the basic applications, like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Chrome, Firefox, and other Applications.
Printers

Shared Drives
Shared Drives are no longer automatically connected when logging in. We are encouraging users and departments to use OneDrive for personal and shared files.
However, users can access shared drives on campus by manually mounting the drive.
