General AVEC Instructions

  1. Press the Touch Pad to Begin
  2. If using a Laptop, fi­rst connect the laptop to the VGA cable and select “Laptop” as source on the Touch Pad.
  3. (WINDOWS) Press windows key and the keyboard letter ‘P’, then choose Duplicate; (MAC) Press ‘command’ and F1
  4. When using VHS or DVD, put media in the appropriate tray or slot and select “VHS” or “DVD” as the source on the Touch Pad
  5. When using a Document Camera, connect with the VGA cable and select “Laptop” as source on the Touch Pad
  6. When fi­nished please SHUT SYSTEM DOWN

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. If the source that you select does not appear, try switching to a di­fferent source then back again
  2. If you still can’t get the source to correctly display, try shutting the A/V system down and restarting it
  3. If there is no sound select “volume” and turn o­ the mute or increase the level until you hear sound
  4. Restart your laptop
